Whilst we hope you are happy with your purchase should you change your mind or if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the item for a full refund within 28 days of the item being received. All items must in the same condition as they were when received by you and include all packaging, tags and accessories along with the original copy of the receipt / e-receipt. We must have written confirmation of this before the items are sent back to us and the items must reach us within 28 days of them being received at the address supplied. This will enable us to process your return more efficiently. When sending the item, the item must be well packaged and labelled clearly to avoid delays in processing.

For unwanted items you can either send the items back yourself or we can arrange for a collection. For a collection to be made someone will have to be there to hand over the package to the courier. Items that we collect that are unwanted will be charged at £9 for the delivery.

For items which are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, we will provide a prepaid label via email or we can have the item collected free of charge. Someone will have to be in at the collection address to hand the package to the courier, collections can take place at anytime during the day. We can collect from an address different from the one we delivered to originally. 

If a driver attempts a collection and no one is in the customer is then responsible for returning the goods to us at their own cost. 

The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights

 

For free returns:

If you inform us of your intention to return the item within 24 hours of the goods being received to the address supplied, you will be entitled to return the goods for free if you meet the above criteria (excluding the above time frames). This is only available for parcels which we can collect from you. A working day must be agreed for collection no more than 5 working days after the goods were received. The collection date required along with the collection address must be stated on the email notifying us of the return, if not the return will not be processed. Someone needs to be at the collection address to hand over the package to the driver - this can happen at any point during the days. There will be one attempt for that collection, if it is missed the return will no longer be free. We can collect from a different address to the one the item was delivered to. 

Once the item has been received by ourselves, please allow up to 3 working days for us to process the return. We are not responsible for the goods until they are back on our possession.

This service is only available for items posted to and from the UK Mainland. Not available for orders of spare parts. 

 

Order Cancellations

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Casepoint.co.uk for a full refund within 7 days of the item being received.

If however your order has already been processed and dispatched, you will need to return the order to us for a refund and follow the terms as described in the above returns policy. We will only pay the postage on cancelled orders if it complies with our free returns policy above or if we have made a mistake or if the item is faulty.

 

 

Faulty Items

We endeavour to ensure the goods in our warehouse are in perfect condition before they are dispatched. In the unlikely event of the items being in an unsatisfactory condition upon arrival or if they develop a manufacturing fault in the future please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. If the case develops a fault within 30 days of the date of purchase you will be entitled to a refund or exchange free of charge which will include any reasonable postage costs incurred. The case will have to be inspected before a refund or exchange is given. Please allow 3 working days from receipt of the item to be able to inspect the fault and send a reply.
