Airline Damage Claims

Unfortunately from time to time, suitcases can be mishandled by airlines resulting in your bag being damaged.

At Casepoint we are on hand to deal with claims if the need arises.

Different airlines will have different policies regarding this but in general most will give 7 days after your flight to make a claim.

Once you have made a claim some airlines will respond by telling you to take your case to a luggage specialist for inspection. The inspection will determine the cost of the repair or the cost to replace the case. We then need to write a letter confirming some details and the cost to remedy.
