When Can I Expect My Order To Arrive?
Standard delivery for cases and larger items is by courier and will take no more than 5 working days, in most cases it will be 2 or 3 working days. This will be dispatched the following working day. We will email you a tracking code when the order has been dispatched if available.
Smaller items will be dispatched either the same day (weekdays only) or the next working day by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Should your order be urgent please select express delivery at the checkout. Packages will be sent out the same day (if ordered before 11am) and delivered the next working day. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are estimations and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure.

Are There Places You Are Unable To Deliver Too?
The website is set up to accept delivery addresses within Europe. Please call or email for a quote to deliver outside of Europe. We cannot deliver to P.O Box addresses.
Do I Need To Be Home To Sign For It?
No, we can pass on any instruction for what to do in the event of no one being in, whether it be leaving it with a neighbour or in a safe place on the property. If no instruction is given the courier company will attempt one redelivery - in this event and if the box cannot be left with a neighbour, a card will be posted with details on how to obtain the delivery which may include a service charge. Royal Mail special delivery items which do not fit in the letter box will have to be collected from a Royal Mail sorting office the following day at the earliest convenience.
